Requesting telecomm services just became easier

The ITS Infrastructure team successfully launched the new Service Request System (SRS) on Wednesday October 16, decommissioning the 16-year-old Online Service Center (OSC). ServiceNow upgrade a success!

We’re pleased to announce that the October 12 ServiceNow upgrade to New York was completed and has been carefully tested. Updated Office 365 sign-in screen
