ITS is moving MWireless to the faster, more reliable 5GHz channel that is pervasive across campus. Less than 3% of older, incompatible devices must use “eduroam” to stay connected.

Requesting telecomm services just became easier
The ITS Infrastructure team successfully launched the new Service Request System (SRS) on Wednesday October 16, decommissioning the 16-year-old Online Service Center (OSC). ServiceNow upgrade a success!
We’re pleased to announce that the October 12 ServiceNow upgrade to New York was completed and has been carefully tested. Five small post-upgrade issues were found and these have all been addressed.
