Driven by the realities of the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2020 Michigan IT Symposium was reenvisioned to capture major facets of past symposiums in an online delivery method, with minimal costs.

ITS recently updated the Remote Office Hours Queue (ROHQ) application to support U-M Zoom meetings. The ITS Infrastructure team successfully launched the new Service Request System (SRS) on Wednesday October 16, decommissioning the 16-year-old Online Service Center (OSC).
