No more MTokens! Last RSA server retired

As of December 5, the last server supporting U-M’s former two-factor authentication vendor, RSA, was retired at the university after more than a decade of use. IQ launches Data Concierge pilot

IQ recently launched a pilot of Data Concierge, an ITS service that delivers administrative and learning management data in a consistent, timely, and secure manner. Previously, requests for administrative data sometimes took months to fulfill, and requesters were not always kept informed of progress. MiWorkspace supports Windows 10

MiWorkspace will support Windows 10 on a limited number of computers starting now through April. Units that subscribe to MiWorkspace may identify a representative sample of faculty and staff to get Windows 10 early to identify concerns. Changes to MGuest

​Recently, there have been issues with the MGuest WiFi network on the Ann Arbor campus. ITS has experienced intermittent problems with the current captive portal system. Two-factor authentication expansion continues

Two-factor (Duo) authentication expansion continues on all U-M campuses. In addition to the option to turn on Duo for Weblogin, some IT services have also begun requiring it.
