CAEN pilots cloud storage mapping service
CAEN, the College of Engineering IT group, has licensed a service called Kumo that allows users to map cloud-based storage drives such as U-M Box and U-M Google Drive to a drive letter.

IQ launches Data Concierge pilot
IQ recently launched a pilot of Data Concierge, an ITS service that delivers administrative and learning management data in a consistent, timely, and secure manner. MiWorkspace supports Windows 10
MiWorkspace will support Windows 10 on a limited number of computers starting now through April. Changes to MGuest
Recently, there have been issues with the MGuest WiFi network on the Ann Arbor campus. ITS has experienced intermittent problems with the current captive portal system. Two-factor authentication expansion continues
Two-factor (Duo) authentication expansion continues on all U-M campuses. In addition to the option to turn on Duo for Weblogin, some IT services have also begun requiring it.
