2019 is going to be an outstanding year for technology at U-M. I look forward to working with the entire Michigan IT community to progress toward our vision to be a leader in the appropriate use of technology among our peers and beyond.

Thanks to the many volunteers across our community, Michigan IT programs have grown considerably since we launched the concept in 2013, and we want to share what’s next for Michigan IT in 2018.
Last week, the Board of Regents approved my appointment as interim vice president for information technology and chief information officer. I am excited about this role and am eager to work more closely with all of Michigan IT to prepare for a successful future.
