The Resource Management Portal (RMP), an interface for those using Advanced Research Computing (ARC) services, has been completed after several years of contributions by folks from several ITS teams.
The University of Michigan is upgrading its network infrastructure by replacing the Border Interconnect Network (BIN) on the Ann Arbor campus, including Michigan Medicine. The project, running from February to late 2024, aims to improve internet speeds and data sharing, with no additional cost to schools. The new system will meet the university’s needs for 6-8 years.
