U-M’s Alumni Association has improved its LEAD Scholarship Application process by integrating Salesforce. The new system streamlined the award process, reducing overhead and improving efficiency. The LEAD program processed over 1400 applications, and more than 80 scholarships were offered for the upcoming academic year.
The project began with a vision to create a scalable digital infrastructure where all U-M schools, colleges, and units can post volunteer opportunities for alumni, friends, and fans to explore.

U-M Alumni Association recently launched Alumni Online Communities, an engagement platform where alumni can reconnect through an all-alumni directory and form community groups based on popular topics of interest.
