Desktop Backup now provided to UM-Ann Arbor faculty and MiWorkspace users
ITS Desktop Backup Service is provided to faculty on the UM-Ann Arbor campus, excluding the Medical School, at no additional cost. In addition, it will also be included in the MiWorkspace desktop support service for both faculty and staff.

ITS to retire Adobe CS6 Aug. 1, opens ETLA enrollment
ITS is retiring Adobe CS6 products from its services (Campus Computing Sites, UMichITAM, and MiWorkspace) by August 1 and recommends units transition to the Adobe Enterprise Term License Agreement (ETLA) or Value Incentive Program (VIP).
New Windows 10 updates available for MiWorkspace
Beginning this month, faculty and staff with MiWorkspace Windows 10 computers may choose when to upgrade to newer versions of the operating system.
