Registration now open for U-M Enriching Scholarship 2023

Registration is now open for the 25th annual Enriching Scholarship conference, taking place May 1-2, 2023. Enriching Scholarship is an opportunity for instructors, and those who support instruction on all U-M campuses, to share ideas and connect with one another.

The theme of this year’s conference is, “Taking the Lead – Dancing with Disruption in Higher Education.” Sessions will highlight topics including Artificial intelligence (including ChatGPT in higher ed); building resilience through good pedagogy; future-thinking; data privacy; technology tools; and leveraging technology to meet the needs of U-M’s diverse student community.

Each day of the conference will include presentations, demos, and panel discussions led by U-M faculty, staff, and students.

  • May 1, Keynote: “Choreographing Innovation: Shaping the Future of Higher Education” delivered by Cynthia J. Alby, Ph.D., professor of teacher education
  • May 2, Anchor Panel: “Busting a Move – Empowering Instructors to Re-Imagine Teaching and Learning,” a panel discussion among U-M administrators and faculty members from Ann Arbor and Dearborn campuses

There is no cost to attend Enriching Scholarship 2023, but registration is required.
