Greetings, everyone.
I appreciate everything our Michigan IT community is doing to support the university during these unprecedented times. We are pushing the envelope, being innovative, and coming up with awesome ideas to help our faculty, students, and researchers not miss a beat. Working as one Michigan IT community, we have made a positive difference in the lives of our community.
Moving so much of the institution online in the matter of days was no small task. It took an immense level of coordination, patience, and expertise from every one of us. During these uncertain times, your dedication matters. Your can-do spirit matters. Your ingenuity matters. Your incredible desire to help people matters. In my book, each one of you has been and is a rockstar. You truly stepped up and added real value, as well as a level of comfort, to all those who rely on us.

There are so many examples of how members of our community reached out to offer assistance and compassion. I have heard countless stories of outstanding customer service and creative problem solving over the last couple of weeks, and several of them are highlighted in this issue. I am grateful to all of you. I love to hear how everyone has come together to support the university during this time.
Thank you, and please continue to take care of each other. You are a part of my extended family. Please know that you can reach out to me anytime if I can be helpful. Your well-being matters to me.
Best regards,
Ravi
