On June 15, the STAC-Core group reviewed and approved the STAC Charter. Some of the changes included adjusting the STAC-Full meeting time to 2:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month starting August 10, and creating a STAC Steering Committee to assist with coordinating and communicating upcoming agendas and information.

After serving as chair for three years, Kerry Flynn, chief information officer at the Ross School of Business, passed the chair leadership position to vice chair Regis Vogel, senior director of Development Services and Strategic Solutions at the Office of University Development.  Cassandra Callaghan, chief information officer, School of Dentistry was elected the new vice chair. Officer positions are held for one-year terms, with the vice chair assuming the role of the chair when the new vice chair is appointed.

Nicki Trinka, technology manager at the Shared Service Center was elected member at-large (2-year term) and Erin Dietrich, senior director, Academic IT at Health Information and Technology Services, will each be serving the newly-created one-year term on the steering committee.
