Every summer ITS offers a 14-week internship program to students. The ITS Internship Program offers paid, full-time positions to students looking for an opportunity to gain valuable experience while making connections in the professional field they are considering for a career.
Applications for the 2020 ITS Internship Program are now open. If you know students who might be interested in applying for an ITS internship, direct them to the ITS Internship website, where they can learn more about the available positions and submit online applications. The program runs from May 4 to August 7 and applications are due February 16, 2020.
Interns spend the summer developing sought after skills by working with the latest and emerging technology. They’ll also have the opportunity to design and develop their own projects with fellow interns. (See 2019 intern project posters.) Past intern projects have included developing a digital queue systems for students, coding, social media content strategy, and more. Mentors work with interns one on one, providing guidance, professional advice, and helping the interns form valuable connections across ITS and the university.
