The Enriching Scholarship conference brings together U-M faculty, staff, and students to share best practices and explore new opportunities that enhance teaching, learning, and research.

This year’s Enriching Scholarship conference is May 4–7, 2020, on the Ann Arbor campus.

There will be more than 100 workshops and seminars presented by faculty, grad students, postdocs, instructional designers, and academic technology experts. The sessions are free and open to any U-M student, staff member, or faculty member.

The call for session proposals is now open!

Did you select a new tech tool recently? Tell us about it!

  • Why did you choose it?
  • What are the benefits of the tool or activity?
  • How can the tool or activity be used to improve the class experience?
  • How does it advance course learning objectives?
  • Does the tool allow for a new type of learning experience, content, or thinking that is not possible without the tool?

If you’ve never presented before, sharing your experiences can bring a valuable new perspective to our community! Your session can range from a 5–10-minute lightning talk to a 1–2-hour workshop. Check out a few examples of past sessions and session types.

The Teaching and Technology Collaborative is proud to have hosted this conference every year since 1998.
