The Flint ITS annual report for FY17 was published in January 2018 and is now available online. Flint ITS is made up of 33 staff, as well as students, working across ten units who have come together to create major positive change on the University of Michigan Flint campus. Among their major achievements and stats for the year:
- 300 wireless access points upgraded
- 60% reduction in users falling for phishing links
- 6015 tickets resolved
- 94.3% Overall Excellent reviews
- 4700 devices maintained
- 1324 unique orders processed
- 2035 pieces of equipment delivered
- 10GB connections available after router upgrades
