Starting in July 2017, the U-M community should set up conference calls themselves using BlueJeans. Operator assistance will be discontinued.

Control remote desktops with new BlueJeans update
With a new update to the BlueJeans videoconferencing app, you can now request and grant Remote Desktop Control. Other new features and enhancements have also been introduced in the April 2017 release.
BlueJeans videoconferencing adds new features
ITS announced continued service and additional products for BlueJeans, including access to Primetime through May 2018 and BlueJeans onSocial (Facebook Live integration).
BlueJeans Primetime extended
BlueJeans Network has agreed to extend U-M’s license for BlueJeans Primetime through January 31, 2017, as part of an ongoing trial period. BlueJeans Network now officially writes their service and company name without a word space: “BlueJeans.” To align with the vendor’s preferred branding, ITS recently updated all references to BlueJeans online and in print.
