  • Reminder:  Google Storage Limit:
    • Shared accounts are limited to 15GB. Need to be under quota by April 1, 2024.
      • April 1st – If over quota, every user will be emailed anytime someone logs in to the shared account. 
    • Staff/Faculty who are over quota
      • April 1st – Logged out of Google on every device.
      • May 2nd – Data is locked and sharing is removed.
      • June 1 – Staff data will be deleted. Faculty data will remain locked
