Information and Technology Services (ITS) is offering extended support hours for the fall crunch, now through September 11. If you regularly share support information with your team or your community, ITS encourages you to share this information.
The ITS Service Center is ready to serve students, faculty, and staff.
- Sunday
- Phone support: 2 p.m. – 7 p.m.
- Monday – Thursday
- Extended phone support: 7 a.m. – 9 p.m.
- Chat Support: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., and extended chat hours for Duo two-factor authentication. and password questions until 7 p.m.
- Friday
- Extended phone support: 7 a.m. – 8 p.m.
- Chat Support: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., and extended chat hours for Duo two-factor authentication. and password questions until 7 p.m.
- Saturdays & Labor Day Weekend (September 4 – 5)
- Limited support available for urgent password and Duo concerns; reporting outages with ITS systems; and MiWorkspace executive support.

The start of Fall term is, by far, the busiest time of year for IT support, and ITS expects longer wait times at peak hours.
