Applications are now open for the winter cohort of UMSI’s online Master of Applied Data Science (MADS) program. The MADS program is currently the only UMSI program to offer a 100% online degree and the only program at UMSI with winter admissions.

The MADS degree was developed in collaboration with the U-M Office of Academic Innovation to meet the growing demand for people with experience in applied data science. It is offered on the Coursera platform, an online learning portal that features many additional University of Michigan and UMSI courses.

A series of live Q&A webinars for prospective students will begin on July 9 with a discussion on the program curriculum led by Homkes-Hayes, Mei and faculty member Dr. Christopher Brooks. Interested students can register here.

The MADS priority application deadline is August 17, 2020. Click here to learn more about application requirements.
