The ITS Document Imaging System (also known as Perceptive Content, WebNow, ImageNow, or ROI) will be unavailable during an upgrade from Friday, June 21, at 6 p.m. through Monday, June 24, at 6 a.m.

The upgrade will eliminate most browser and Java incompatibility issues, including those with Mac operating systems. During the upgrade window, you will not be able to access documents in the Document Imaging system or from systems that link to or integrate with the system. Some of these systems include M-Pathways, DART, and ServiceNow.

For more information about the upgrade, please visit the project website.  If you need assistance, please contact the upgrade project team at info-documentimagingupgrade@umich.edu.
