The U-M ITS/Information Quest Team (IQ) is hosting the 16th Annual HEDW 2019 Conference right here in Ann Arbor, April 14-17, 2019, at the Ann Arbor Sheraton on Boardwalk.
The Higher Education Data Warehousing Forum (HEDW) is a community of higher education representatives dedicated to sharing knowledge about data management, best practices, data warehousing designs, institutional reporting strategies, and more. HEDW members are technical developers, data access and reporting systems administrators, data custodians, institutional researchers, and consumers of data representing a variety of internal university audiences. The conference is open to all interested parties employed in the focus area.
The full schedule begins with an “optional” training Sunday, April 14, the official “Kick-Off” on Sunday night, and three days packed with speakers, panels, and lightning talks. Another bonus is the Welcome Reception to be held at Michigan Stadium. Also new this year is complimentary training by our local ZingTrain team on Wednesday afternoon.
To learn more and register, go to https://hedw.org. Early bird registration ends March 1. The conference is already over half full and currently includes registrants from Chile, Canada, UK, Australia, and China. Don’t wait, this conference sells out fast every year!!!
