TeamDynamix goes live as the UM-Dearborn IT service management tool on December 13. With this upgrade, campus members will have access to a full use self-service portal, putting ITS and the Service Desk at their fingertips to request services, find answers to questions, or open a ticket to seek assistance.

Our Phase I deployment focuses on improving service delivery and includes configurable workflows such as change and problem management, utilizes an integrated knowledge base, and will help to ensure a high level of quality. Next, with Phase II we will be implementing the project portfolio management (PPM) system. This new module will help streamline projects by integrating evaluation and prioritizing tools to assess needs and understand the impact on resources. By having a PPM as part of our service management system, it will allow for communication and tracking in an all-in-one work management platform to make sure engagement is going full circle for all of our campus’s IT needs.
