U-M’s Digital Signage Team is transitioning away from the one-size-fits-all model, delivering more flexible, targeted solutions campuswide to its customers.
Tiered Solutions introduces four new service options
- Turnkey – Freestanding portrait kiosks enabling simple content management via Google Slides.
- Basic – Mounted TVs enabling simple content management via Google Slides.
- Advanced – Enhanced capabilities, including custom layouts managed through Four Winds Content Manager.
- Custom – Tailored solutions for unique needs that are available upon request.
Whether signs are located in spaces that are high-traffic, clinically focused, or administration-oriented, there’s a digital signage solution that matches both the message and the mission.
The transition to Tiered Solutions will take place over the coming months and years, bringing cost savings, fit-for-purpose hardware, less complexity, and smoother management – from installation to everyday support. Units can expect increased reliability and reduced maintenance burdens, allowing them to focus on delivering more engaging content.
