To enable Area 1 for additional anti-phishing protection, a behind-the-scenes update is being made over several weeks during March to the U-M Google mail forwarding address listed in your MCommunity profile settings (updating from @go.itd.umich.edu to @go.mail.umich.edu). Michigan Medicine mail forwarding addresses in MCommunity will not change. For all members of the U-M community, your U-M email address remains youruniqname@umich.edu.
MCommunity documentation has been updated to reflect the name change. If users notice and ask you about it, please let them know this is simply a domain name update related to anti-phishing improvements, and they can ignore it.
