The ITS Collaboration Services team has been hard at work redesigning its websites and developing new ways to help campus learn about Box and Google.
- NEW U-M Box and U-M Google service sites. The new websites focus on device independence, consumable information, usability, findability, and accessibility to provide a seamless user experience.
- NEW Learning Resources tool for U-M Box and U-M Google. The team surveyed and interviewed campus faculty and staff about what they want to learn and how they want to learn. The new is tool based on their findings. The Learning Resources tool is a collection of documentation, videos, events, and recordings from Box, Google, and U-M. Content can be filtered by topic, format, and source. It can also be searched by keyword.
- NEW instructor-led training program. The Collab Team’s campus survey and interviews also indicated a need for more in-person training. The Collab Team will have introductory and advanced courses scheduled throughout the year all around the Ann Arbor campus.
