Proposal submissions deadline for the EDUCAUSE Annual Conference is Friday, February 2. Presenter applicants will be notified in late June for the event, which takes place October 30–November 2 in Denver, Colorado. The EDUCAUSE Annual Conference is the premier opportunity for thousands of higher education IT professionals and technology providers to share their expertise with colleagues from around the world.
The conference program will be organized around the following higher education tracks:

- Evolving Infrastructure and Enterprise IT
- Leading and Partnering across the Institution
- Managing and Reducing Information Technology Risk
- Transforming the Student Experience
When submitting for your presentation, you’ll be asked to note whether you’re presenting individually or as part of a group; your preference for a 30-, 50-, or 90-minute time slot; and in one of these formats:
- Workshop (90-minute, half-day, or full-day)
- Moderated Discussion
- Panel Presentation
- Interactive Presentation
- Poster Session
