Consulting for Statistics, Computing and Analytics Research (CSCAR) provides consulting services and training opportunities in statistics, data science, and advanced research computation through:
- Free consulting services, available in person by appointment, on a walk-in basis, or online–consulting is open to all U-M researchers.
- Workshops on a variety of topics open to all members of the U-M community–most workshops are free for U-M researchers (including all U-M students).
CSCAR invites all members of the campus community interested in making more effective use of data analysis and computation in their research to make use of our services, regardless of skill level or academic background. Visit the CSCAR website at cscar.research.umich.edu for additional information and to schedule individual consultation sessions. Administrative questions can be directed to cscar@umich.edu.
