WebNow, also known as Perceptive Content, will not work with some newer operating system versions and with certain browsers. WebNow is the university’s document imaging system, which can be used to upload and store documents as electronic files in a secure online environment.

These system limitations will be eliminated after the system is upgraded this summer. More information about the upgrade will be available in the coming months.

Until the upgrade is complete this summer, please confirm compatibility before updating your computer’s operating system or browser if you need to use the document imaging system.

The vendor requires the following combination to use WebNow on Windows computers:

The vendor requires the following combination to use WebNow on Mac computers:

MiWorkspace

The operating system, browser, and Java versions currently available on MiWorkspace Apple and Windows computers meet the WebNow requirements.

If you need to use the document imaging system, do not upgrade to macOS Mojave when it is released as an optional update in the Managed Software Center. Details about compatibility considerations for WebNow and other software will be included in macOS Mojave communications from MiWorkspace.
