Interested in learning more about how to use digital signage at U-M?  The Digital Signage Support page is your one-stop shop for training and support resources, including two digital signage courses offered through MyLinc:

  • DSWE101 Introduction to Digital Signage
    (30 mins) An introductory eLearning course for Content Managers of digital signs at U-M. This course provides an overview of using the ITS Digital Signage service and the Content Manager software. This course also includes several guided simulations of basic sign-building tasks.
  • DSWE201 Using Live Data for Digital Signs
    (20 mins) An intermediate eLearning course for Content Managers of digital signs at U-M. This course provides an overview of using live data content items for digital signs. It includes guided simulations of adding XML and Google Sheet live data content items using Content Manager software.

In addition, all U-M digital signage content managers are invited to attend an initial community of practice meeting on 4/12/2017, 1:30 – 3:00, in the Angell Hall “Fishbowl” Computing Site. Walk-ins are welcome as long as you are a U-M Digital Signage Content Manager. Visit the digital signage G+ Community for additional info.
