Currently, requests for administrative data are routed through various channels and it can sometimes take months for information requests to get fulfilled. Data Concierge will create a one-stop shop for university data needs. The Data Concierge team plans a pilot launch of the service in early 2017 that aims to provide a way to request and obtain administrative and learning management data in a consistent, timely, and secure manner. With Data Concierge, U-M administrators will be able to better meet the changing operational needs of the university, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
