The article that directed you here is a hoax. There's no such person as Lark Springtide and, sadly for the authors, there's no Technology Services West based out of Honolulu (though we suppose we could try to get the Regents to sign off on it...). As far as we know there's no Jeeves' Online Kit for Everything (JOKE) or degree offered anywhere in Supported Reality Services for Languorous Yammering (SRSLY).
