
Go behind the scenes at two of the University of Michigan’s most iconic athletic venues with a guided tour of Michigan Stadium and Crisler Center. This exclusive opportunity for U-M faculty and staff provides a unique look at areas typically reserved for athletes and game-day operations, highlights the state-of-the-art technology that powers these world-class facilities, and includes a Q&A session along with plenty of memorable photo opportunities.
Tour Information
- Dates and Times: August 3, 2026, at 1 & 3 p.m., August 10, 2026, at 2 p.m.
- Each tour will be approximately 90 minutes, highlighting technology use, with time for questions and photos.
- Group Size: 25 people or fewer
- Arrival Time: 15 minutes early
- Late arrivals will not be able to enter.
- Meeting Spot: Jack Roth Stadium Club entrance, located on the Stadium’s East side.
- Tour Leaders: Jerry Wood, associate athletic director of Information Technology, and Clark Smith, ITS Infrastructure project manager lead

Parking
Attendees are encouraged to take a bus to the local bus stop on Kipke Drive (near the Crisler Center); some parking is available in nearby lots.
