This upgrade will bring a new look and feel to the navigation. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>The new navigation will be available on February 12.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The same options and services available today will still be available after the upgrade. Some new features available with this upgrade include:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">More user-friendly navigation<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tiles that provide quick access to targeted transactions<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Customizable homepages (collection of tiles)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Navigation to pages will still be available without using tiles. A menu-style navigation, similar to the current system, will be available through the Navigator under the NavBar button in the upper right-hand corner. Current Favorites will also be available under the NavBar button. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A planned outage will occur from<\/span> <b>noon Saturday, February 10, to noon Sunday, February 11, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">while the system is upgraded.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For more information, visit the <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/its.umich.edu\/enterprise\/administrative-systems\/m-pathways\/peopletools-upgrade\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PeopleTools 8.55 Upgrade website<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
