They are open to anyone in the Michigan IT community.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Competing Values in the Workplace<br \/>\n<\/strong>This workshop introduces the HITS model of customer experience. It offers more than simple platitudes regarding customer service \u2013 focusing on practical skills and techniques combined with processes used to intentionally craft positive experiences. This interactive session is designed to examine how unconscious bias can affect one\u2019s perceptions, decisions, and interactions. You will learn to identify patterns of\u00a0unconscious bias that influence decision-making processes and\u00a0practice conscious awareness.
