There is always so much for each of us to learn. From developing our “hard” skills in technology (for example, working with widgets in iOS<\/a>), to our “soft” skills (such as handling conflict with coworkers<\/a>), to “fun” skills (for example, learning how to play guitar<\/a>). All faculty and staff have access to lynda.com\u2014an online training resource that provides all these courses and thousands more. And they’re constantly adding new titles, including over 1,200 new courses in 2016 alone! This is a great resource both for us personally as IT professionals, and also something to recommend to those we support (for example, for the users who want to know more about Excel<\/a>, Photoshop<\/a>, or hundreds of other software titles).<\/p>\n
