BlueJeans Network calls it <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/support.bluejeans.com\/knowledge\/remote_desktop_control\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Remote Desktop Control<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and it\u2019s available now as long as users have version 1.26+ on Windows and Mac. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bluejeans.com\/downloads\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Download the BlueJeans desktop app to get started.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p>A common use case for Remote Desktop Control is the ability to collaborate remotely with colleagues and customers by controlling the same desktop. In addition, it allows easy troubleshooting for support teams that are in different locations than their end users. <a href=\"https:\/\/support.bluejeans.com\/video\/using-remote-desktop-control\">Watch a short video<\/a> to see\u00a0how to control another user&#8217;s desktop in a BlueJeans meeting.<\/p>\n<h1><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Other new BlueJeans features<\/span><\/h1>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">First-time users will not require the Chrome extension before installing the BlueJeans app.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The BlueJeans app now allows users to copy their Personal Meeting ID to share easily.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">BlueJeans Outlook Add-in 4.0 improves performance in Microsoft Outlook.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">BlueJeans Google Calendar Extension 2.0 adds easy buttons to schedule and join meetings.
