We test room inputs, camera feeds and controls, microphone quality, and in-room audio levels. We also clean and tidy up instructor lecterns so faculty walk into a clean, functional space. Any problems found during the process are ticketed and fixed immediately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Along with AV checks, we deploy a fresh, updated Windows image to all classroom desktops and mobile delivery laptops. Knocking this out early gives us time to catch software or network issues before classes start.
