These changes are designed to create a more cohesive and intuitive experience across the <a href=\"https:\/\/its.umich.edu\/computing\/ai\">U-M AI suite<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What\u2019s new?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Users will immediately notice a more consistent look and feel across all the apps, making it much easier to navigate and find the features you need, no matter which tool you&#8217;re in. Here\u2019s a quick rundown of the key improvements you can now see live:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>In-App Feedback<\/strong>: You can now submit feedback, suggestions, or bug reports directly within the U-M GPT, Maizey, and Go Blue web apps. This makes it easier for you to help us (and vice versa!)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Brand Refresh<\/strong>: Updated logos, color schemes, and page layouts that bring all services under a unified, professional U-M brand.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 15%\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>The <strong>sidebar navigation<\/strong> has been polished. All menu options can now be accessed even when the sidebar is collapsed (see image), and the icons have been updated to a cleaner &#8220;outline&#8221; style.<\/p>\n<\/div><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"81\" height=\"255\" src=\"https:\/\/michigan.it.umich.edu\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/sidebar-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-29598 size-full\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Key Fixes &amp; Improvements:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maizey: The &#8220;URL Extraction&#8221; page has been updated with improved instructional text for better clarity and ease of use.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Go Blue: An issue where uploading attachments would result in an error has been fixed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>U-M GPT: A bug that caused tall generated images to be cut off has been resolved.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For those of us in ITS and our adjacent partners, updates like these are a direct reflection of our commitment to the U-M community by ensuring the AI tools we provide are as accessible, robust, and effective as possible. The best way to experience these updates is to log in and see the changes in action. You might\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Try <a href=\"https:\/\/umgpt.umich.edu\/\">U-M GPT<\/a> for your next drafting or coding task.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upload a new set of documents to your custom <a href=\"https:\/\/umgpt.umich.edu\/maizey\">U-M Maizey<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ask <a href=\"https:\/\/umgpt.umich.edu\/go-blue\">Go Blue<\/a> a university-specific question.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>And while you&#8217;re there, try out that new in-app feedback button \u2014 we\u2019d love to know your thoughts about the changes and what other improvements you\u2019d like to see down the line (you can view our roadmap for upcoming updates on the <a href=\"https:\/\/its.umich.edu\/computing\/ai\">AI Services homepage<\/a>).
