This July, MLearning \u2013 the system Michigan Medicine faculty, staff, and students use to register for and complete many regular, required training activities \u2013 will be replaced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In conjunction with this change, the \u201cMLearning\u201d brand is being retired, and will become \u201cCornerstone Learning.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The transition to Cornerstone Learning is part of a broader effort<\/a> to develop and introduce a new, online Talent Management platform to serve all of Michigan Medicine, including faculty, staff and learners from U-M Health, the medical school and shared services units.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to taking a more unified and holistic approach to professional and personal development, Michigan Medicine\u2019s new Cornerstone Talent Management platform will leverage cloud-based, AI-driven technology that\u2019s much more reliable, and designed to provide a more intuitive and user-friendly experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
