Through close coordination with MRequest (FootPrints) workspace owners and administrators, 75% of all workspaces have been retired or deactivated, as of May 17.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Thank you to all the MRequest (FootPrints) users who have already retired or deactivated their workspaces,&#8221; said Holly Schell, manager, ITS Service Center and Operations. &#8220;We\u2019re also pleased with the progress of workspaces that are actively migrating their data to TeamDynamix, Google at U-M, Dropbox at U-M, or other tools\u2014they are 15% complete. Additionally, migration plans have been defined for nearly all remaining workspaces.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Key dates:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>June 30: ITS retires workspaces identified as \u201cabandoned\u201d<\/li><li>July 30: Units with remaining workspaces asked to provide a timeline for their migration\u2014if this is you, please be sure to contact <a href=\"mailto:mrequest-retirement-team@umich.edu\">mrequest-retirement-team@umich.edu<\/a><\/li><li>September 17: Last day to sign up as a TeamDynamix \u201cRoomie\u201d<\/li><li>December 17: ITS retires all remaining workspaces<\/li><li>June 2022: Project complete, control of the archived information will be transferred from ITS to units<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For other important information, see the <a href=\"https:\/\/its.umich.edu\/enterprise\/crm-ticketing\/mrequest-retirement-project\">retirement project site<\/a> for updates including the timeline, FAQ, and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contact the MRequest (FootPrints) Retirement team with questions, <a href=\"mailto:mrequest-retirement-team@umich.edu\">mrequest-retirement-team@umich.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MRequest (FootPrints) is on track to retire on December 17, 2021.
