actually helps patients.\u00a0<\/span>\u201cConsumers should still be careful about what they view on these sites,\u201d says\u00a0<strong>David Hanauer<\/strong>, an associate professor at the Medical School and the School of Information.\u00a0A\u00a0<span class=\"articleLocatio&lt;\/span&gt;n\" style=\"transform: translate3d(0px, 0px, 0px);\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/us-health-consumers-doctor-rating-idUSKBN1622NF\">new study<\/a>\u00a0finds\u00a0that m<\/span>ost doctors typically have no more than a few reviews on a site, and the reviews often don\u2019t provide good insight into the doctor\u2019s qualifications, personality, or the patient experience. \u201cIt\u2019s hard to know what is real, and it\u2019s hard to make a fair assessment with so few ratings,\u201d says Hanauer, who wasn\u2019t involved with the current study. \u201cIf consumers use these sites, they should visit multiple sites to get a more
