He also reminded us that during times of social isolation, it\u2019s important to check in on one another.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cFrom time to time, I will reach out to many of my staff members and simply ask them, \u2018Hey, how are you doing?\u2019 It\u2019s only two minutes of asking them if they\u2019re fine, but it can make a world of difference to the other person because we don\u2019t really know what the other person is going through. These kinds of touchpoints are really important for each other.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a
