To do that, you&#8217;ll need a computer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Follow these steps to reactivate the Duo app:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>From your computer:<ol><li>Log in to a U-M service on the web through U-M Weblogin.<\/li><li>When you get to the Duo prompt, click the <strong>My Settings &amp; Devices<\/strong> link on the left-side of the Duo pop-up window.&nbsp;<\/li><li>Choose the <strong>Call Me<\/strong> option.
