The new videos are posted on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/playlist?list=PLOBspbWSzXKrecxdmpOqttOI4fFzlJkpr\">UMITSCommunications YouTube channel<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The videos average about two minutes in length and cover topics such as registration and class enrollment, viewing grades and credits, and how to use various tools and reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;They have received great response,&#8221; said Amie Robison, assistant director of Student Administration Systems for ITS, who was involved in the project. &#8220;We encourage campus staff to use them for student-focused IT campaigns, promotional items, or social media posts.&#8221;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In response to student requests for support and training, ITS collaborated with LSA Student Government&#8217;s Subcommittee for Technology, Advising, and Academic Resources and the Registrar&#8217;s Office to create ten videos to assist students with online administrative transactions.
