We&#8217;re tracking this and plan to implement a fix in next week&#8217;s regularly scheduled ServiceNow release on Thursday evening. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finally, ServiceNow has acknowledged a bug in the Knowledge Portal, which impacts Public Knowledge. As a result, the Public Knowledge search feature is currently disabled. We are in contact with ServiceNow, and are hopeful they deliver a fix that will allow us to re-enable the Public Knowledge search feature shortly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are now resuming normal ServiceNow production support.
