Faculty and instructors were asked for their patience and understanding as students became familiar with the tool and discovered which <a href=\"https:\/\/documentation.its.umich.edu\/2fa\/options-two-factor-authentication\">Duo options<\/a> worked best inside and outside of the classroom setting.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/its.umich.edu\/help\">ITS Service Center<\/a> is available to assist faculty and instructors who may need help on how best to support their students. Unit IT staff who have questions, need advice, or wish to provide feedback to the Duo project team can email <a href=\"mailto:Duo-Feedback@umich.edu\">Duo-Feedback@umich.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Duo will be required for all students on all campuses beginning January 29.
