One of the ways it does this is through the development and support of <a href=\"https:\/\/ai.umich.edu\/blog\/introducing-aim-communities\/?utm_source=rss&amp;utm_medium=rss&amp;utm_campaign=introducing-aim-communities\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">Academic Innovation at Michigan (AIM) Communities<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This fall, AIM will reboot the \u201cSimulations Community of Practice\u201d to focus more deeply on role-playing simulations. In winter 2020, the \u201cGameful Learning Community\u201d will relaunch and bring together instructors from across campus to advance the use of gameful pedagogy in residential courses. The \u201cOnline and Hybrid Programs community\u201d has a set of smaller affinity groups for degree program leaders and support staff, as well as larger gatherings for the entire community for discussions on overarching challenges. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ai.umich.edu\/faculty\/join-a-learning-community\/\"><strong>Learn more about AIM Communities<\/strong><\/a>.  <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Center for Academic Innovation collaborates with faculty and staff from across the university to build and support a culture of innovation.
