Often, this is as straightforward as making sure a range of options are provided when food is served, clearly identifying single-stall bathrooms and lactation rooms, and identifying people who can provide help to attendees when needed. Staff from ITS and elsewhere on campus have created\u00a0&#8220;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/hr.umich.edu\/working-u-m\/workplace-improvement\/office-institutional-equity\/americans-disabilities-act-information\/ten-tips-inclusive-meetings\">Ten Tips for Inclusive Meetings<\/a><\/strong>&#8221;\u00a0as a first step to help meeting planners start meeting their DE&amp;I goals.
