Instructions for <a href=\"https:\/\/documentation.its.umich.edu\/miworkspace\/miworkspace-install-softwaremanage-updates-windows\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Windows users<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/documentation.its.umich.edu\/miworkspace\/miworkspace-install-softwaremanage-updates-mac\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mac users<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>On your <b>personal device<\/b>, visit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bluejeans.com\/downloads\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">bluejeans.com\/downloads<\/a>. Click download, open the installer, and follow the prompts.<\/li>\n<li><b>Michigan Medicine users<\/b> will have the updated software installed automatically on their managed devices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li><li>Log in with the U-M BlueJeans account you created in step 1.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Note: BlueJeans requires special permissions with macOS Mojave. <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/support.bluejeans.com\/knowledge\/mojave-permissions\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>Learn more.<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Looking for training or support?<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> For information about training resources, email <\/span><a href=\"mailto:HDVideoconferencing@umich.edu\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">HDVideoconferencing@umich.edu<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Visit <a rel=\"noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bluejeans.com\/downloads\" target=\"_blank\">bluejeans.com\/downloads<\/a> and scroll down to <b>Tools<\/b>. Participants can also simply join BlueJeans Events from a web browser.
